Chicken Satay Skewers
These delicious chicken satay skewers are marinated in a flavorful blend of spices and served with a creamy peanut sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh cilantro - For garnish
- Chopped peanuts - For garnish
- Lime wedges - For serving
- Sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
- Peanut butter - 1/4 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Curry powder - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Chicken breast - 2, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, honey, curry powder, and minced garlic to make the marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and add them to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
