  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. While the grill is heating, combine the softened butter, chopped herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Peel back the husks from the corn, but don't remove them completely. Remove the silk, then spread the herb butter all over the corn kernels.
  4. Pull the husks back up to cover the corn. Grill the corn for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and charred in spots.
  5. Let the corn cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your grilled corn on the cob with extra herb butter on the side.
