Grilled Corn on the Cob with Herb Butter
Sweet, smoky grilled corn on the cob slathered in homemade herb butter. The perfect side dish for a summer barbecue.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, and dill) - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
- Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup, softened
- Corn on the cob - 4 ears
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- While the grill is heating, combine the softened butter, chopped herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Peel back the husks from the corn, but don't remove them completely. Remove the silk, then spread the herb butter all over the corn kernels.
- Pull the husks back up to cover the corn. Grill the corn for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and charred in spots.
- Let the corn cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your grilled corn on the cob with extra herb butter on the side.
