This grilled corn recipe is a perfect side dish for summer barbecues. The corn is grilled to perfection and topped with a flavorful herb butter.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh herbs (such as parsley, cilantro, or basil) - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Butter - 4 tablespoons, softened
- Corn on the cob - 4 ears
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Peel back the husks of the corn, but leave them attached at the base.
- Remove the silk from the corn and discard.
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, chopped herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the herb butter evenly over each ear of corn.
- Fold the husks back over the corn and tie them with kitchen twine to secure.

- Remove the corn from the grill and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Remove the husks and serve the grilled corn hot.
