Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place 2 slices of cheese on the unbuttered side of 2 bread slices.
  4. Top the cheese with 3 slices of bacon each.
  5. Place the remaining 2 bread slices on top, buttered side facing up.
  6. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  7. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  8. Remove from the skillet and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve warm.
