Taunton Tuna Melt

- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Bread - 4 slices
- Cheddar cheese - 4 slices
- Red onion - 1/4, finely chopped
- Celery - 1 stalk, finely chopped
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Canned tuna - 1 can, drained
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, celery, and red onion.
- Spread the tuna mixture onto two slices of bread.
- Top each with two slices of cheddar cheese and another slice of bread.
- Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes on each side.
