Grilled Artichokes with Herby Lemon Aïoli

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh herbs (parsley, chives, tarragon) - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
- Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Artichokes - 4 medium
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
