Green Beans with Caramelized Onions and Almonds
A delicious side dish of green beans tossed with caramelized onions and toasted almonds.

- Almonds - 1/2 cup, sliced and toasted
- Onions - 1 large, thinly sliced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Green beans - 1 pound, trimmed

- Blanch the green beans in a large pot of boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
