Green Bean and Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, vegetable broth, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Add green beans to the skillet and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, until crisp-tender.
  5. Push the green beans to one side of the skillet and add cubed tofu to the other side. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until tofu is lightly browned.
  6. Pour the sauce mixture over the green beans and tofu. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
