Green Bean and Lemon Salad
This refreshing green bean salad is tossed with a tangy lemon dressing and topped with toasted almonds.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Toasted almonds - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon - 1, juiced and zested
- Green beans - 1 pound, trimmed
Let's Get Started
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook until crisp-tender, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
