Gravlaks Med Sennepssaus

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- White wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Mustard - 3 tablespoons
- Dill - 1 bunch, chopped
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - 3 tablespoons
- Salmon fillet - 1 kg, skin on
Let's Get Started
- Mix together the salt, sugar, and chopped dill.
- Rub the mixture all over the salmon fillet, then place it skin-side down in a dish.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for 48 hours, turning the salmon every 12 hours.
- To make the mustard sauce, mix together the mustard, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper.
- Remove the salmon from the fridge and scrape off the dill and salt mixture.
- Slice the salmon thinly and serve with the mustard sauce.
