Ingredients - Serves 4
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Coriander - A handful, chopped
- Spring onions - 2, chopped
- Ginger - 1 inch piece, minced
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Prawns - 400 grams, peeled and deveined
- Glass noodles - 200 grams
Let's Get Started
- Soak the glass noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant.
- Add the prawns to the pan and cook until they turn pink.
- Add the sauce to the pan and stir to coat the prawns.
- Add the glass noodles and stir to combine. Cook for a few minutes until the noodles are tender.
