- Tamarind paste - 3 tablespoons
- Prawns - 500 grams, peeled and deveined

- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and chili to the pan and sauté until fragrant.

- Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce has thickened.
