Goan Prawn Curry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Clean the prawns and keep them aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
  4. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
  5. Add the prawns and cook for a few minutes until they change color.
  6. Add the coconut milk and salt. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
