Ingredients - Serves 4
- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Tomato sauce - 1 cup
- Green peas - 1/2 cup
- Potato - 1 large, diced
- Carrots - 2 medium, diced
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 medium, chopped
- Ground beef - 500 grams

- Heat the cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant and translucent.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add the carrots, potatoes, and green peas. Stir well.
- Pour in the tomato sauce, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Season with ground black pepper and salt to taste.
- Cover the pan and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
