Let's Get Started

  1. Prepare the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. Place a sheet of seaweed on a bamboo sushi mat.
  3. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice evenly over the seaweed, leaving a small border at the top.
  4. Arrange the julienned carrots, cucumber, spinach, omelette, ham, and pickled radish in a line across the rice.
  5. Roll the gimbap tightly using the bamboo mat, applying gentle pressure to secure the fillings.
  6. Brush the outside of the rolled gimbap with sesame oil for a shiny appearance.
  7. Slice the gimbap into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife.
  8. Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
