- Chicken breast - 2, boneless and skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the cornstarch, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and hoisin sauce. Mix well.
- Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat them in the sauce. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet. Stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until it turns golden brown and crispy, about 5-6 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and sliced green onions. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the remaining sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and vegetables.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds.
- Serve the General Tso's Chicken Stir Fry over cooked rice.
- Enjoy!
