Garlicky Green Beans Almondine
This is a simple and delicious side dish featuring green beans tossed with garlic and toasted almonds.

- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Almonds - 1/4 cup, sliced and toasted
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Green beans - 1 pound, trimmed

- Blanch the green beans in a large pot of boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
