- Chili oil (optional) - To taste
- Seaweed sheets - 2, shredded
- Soft-boiled eggs - 2

- Mirin - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable broth - 4 cups
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic cloves - 4 cloves, minced
- Fresh ramen noodles - 2 packs

- Cook the fresh ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
