Green Onion Ramen
This delicious green onion ramen is made with flavorful broth, tender noodles, and topped with fresh green onions.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Seaweed sheets - 2, torn into small pieces
- Soft-boiled eggs - 2
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Green onions - 4 stalks, thinly sliced
- Chicken or vegetable broth - 4 cups
- Ramen noodles - 2 packs
Let's Get Started
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
