Onion Ramen
This flavorful onion ramen is made with a rich broth, tender noodles, and caramelized onions.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Seaweed sheets - 2, torn into small pieces
- Soft-boiled eggs - 2
- Green onions - 2, thinly sliced
- Ramen noodles - 2 packs
- Mirin - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable broth - 4 cups
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Onions - 2 large, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and cook until caramelized, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
