- Oil - As required
- Salt - To taste
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon, freshly ground
- Garlic - 6 cloves, finely chopped
- Dosa batter - 2 cups

- In a bowl, mix the dosa batter, finely chopped garlic, black pepper, and salt.
- Heat a dosa pan or a non-stick pan on medium heat.
- Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
- Drizzle some oil around the edges of the dosa and let it cook until the bottom starts turning golden brown.
- Flip the dosa and cook the other side for a few seconds.
- Fold the dosa and remove it from the pan.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve the Garlic Pepper Dosa hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
