  1. In a bowl, mix the dosa batter, finely chopped garlic, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Heat a dosa pan or a non-stick pan on medium heat.
  3. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
  4. Drizzle some oil around the edges of the dosa and let it cook until the bottom starts turning golden brown.
  5. Flip the dosa and cook the other side for a few seconds.
  6. Fold the dosa and remove it from the pan.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  8. Serve the Garlic Pepper Dosa hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
