- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
- Thai basil leaves - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Green beans - 1 cup, trimmed
- Carrots - 2, sliced
- Onion - 1, sliced
- Bell peppers - 2, sliced
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
- Red curry paste - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken breast - 2, boneless and skinless, sliced
Let's Get Started
- Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the red curry paste and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the chicken slices and cook until they are no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add the coconut milk and stir well to combine.
