  4. Add the tamarind paste, fish sauce, and palm sugar to the pot. Stir until everything is well combined.
  5. Add the shrimp and vegetables to the pot. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until the shrimp is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. The soup should be sour, spicy, and slightly sweet.
  7. Serve the curry hot with a side of steamed rice.
