Let's Get Started

  1. Season the frog legs with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the frog legs and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the frog legs from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  6. Add the parsley and white wine, then return the frog legs to the skillet.
  7. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, until the frog legs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  8. Serve the frog legs hot, with the sauce poured over top.
