Prawn and Crab Linguine
This delicious linguine dish is made with succulent prawns, crab meat, and a flavorful tomato sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Fresh parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Crab meat - 8 ounces
- Prawns - 1 pound, peeled and deveined
- White wine - 1/4 cup
- Canned chopped tomatoes - 1 can (14 ounces)
- Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Linguine pasta - 12 ounces
Let's Get Started
- Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chili flakes, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the canned chopped tomatoes and white wine to the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Add the prawns and crab meat to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the prawns are pink and cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped parsley.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss well to coat the pasta with the sauce.
- Serve the prawn and crab linguine hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
