Blåskjell Med Hvitvinssaus

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Parsley - 1 bunch, chopped
- Shallots - 2, finely chopped
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- White wine - 1 cup
- Mussels - 2 kg, cleaned

- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the shallots and garlic, cook until they become soft.
- Add the mussels to the pot, along with the white wine. Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the mussels have opened.
- Discard any mussels that have not opened.
