Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Boil the lobster in a pot with salted water for about 20 minutes, then remove it from the pot and let it cool.
  2. Remove the meat from the lobster, cut it into pieces and keep it aside.
  3. In a large pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the onions until they become translucent.
  4. Add the garlic and continue sautéing for a few more minutes.
  5. Add the tomatoes, wine, salt, and pepper, and let the sauce simmer for about 20 minutes.
  6. Add the lobster meat to the sauce and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
  7. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water according to the package instructions.
  8. Drain the pasta and add it to the pot with the sauce. Mix well to combine.
  9. Serve the pasta with the lobster pieces on top and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
