Let's Get Started

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, green onions, grated carrot, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with water, then fold it in half diagonally to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F.
  5. Carefully place the wontons in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove the fried wontons from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
