Fried Tofu Pudding

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Egg yolks - 2
- Milk - 2 cups
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Vegetable oil - For frying
- Cornstarch - 1/2 cup
- Tofu - 1 block, firm
Let's Get Started
- Cut the tofu into cubes and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Dust the tofu cubes with cornstarch.
