  1. Cut the leftover idlis into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

  4. Add curry leaves, chopped onion, and green chili. Sauté until the onion turns translucent.
  5. Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add the idli pieces and toss gently to coat them with the spices.
  7. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the idlis turn crispy and golden brown.
  8. Drizzle lemon juice over the fried idlis and mix well.
  9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  10. Serve hot as a snack or appetizer.
