Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and form into 4 patties.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until browned on both sides and cooked to desired doneness.
  3. Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the onions and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
  5. Top each patty with a slice of provolone cheese and let melt.
  6. Place each patty on a hamburger bun and top with the caramelized onions.
  7. In a small saucepan, bring the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to a simmer.
  8. Serve each burger with a side of the au jus for dipping.
