  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, water, salt, sugar, and yeast. Knead until a smooth dough forms.

  7. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the focaccia is golden brown.
  8. Let the focaccia cool slightly before cutting it into squares and serving.
