Let's Get Started

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add fish fillets and gently coat them with the spice mixture.
  6. Cover the pan and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with steamed rice or roti.
