Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Place the fish fillets in a food processor with the salt, white pepper, and cornstarch. Process until smooth.
  2. Shape the fish mixture into small balls and set aside.
  3. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the ginger and carrots and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the fish balls to the pot and cook until they float to the surface, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the bok choy and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve the soup hot, garnished with the chopped green onions.
