Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a food processor, blend the fish fillets and prawns until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add cornstarch, egg, salt, and white pepper. Mix well.
  3. With wet hands, shape the mixture into small fish balls.
  4. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the fish balls for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  5. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  6. In a separate pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  7. Add soy sauce and fish sauce to the broth. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
  8. Add the cooked fish balls, bok choy, and green onions to the broth. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bok choy is tender.
  9. Divide the cooked noodles into serving bowls.
  10. Ladle the fish ball soup over the noodles.
  11. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
  12. Serve hot and enjoy!
