Let's Get Started

  1. Clean and wash the fish fillets. Pat them dry.
  2. Marinate the fish with lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds, and salt. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Add gram flour and rice flour to the fish and mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
  5. Drop the fish slices in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  7. Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon juice.
