Finnish Porridge
Finnish porridge is a traditional Nordic dish made with whole grains and served with a variety of toppings.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Almonds - 1/4 cup, sliced
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Berries - 1 cup, fresh or frozen

- Water - 4 cups
- Whole grain oats - 1 cup
Let's Get Started
- In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil.

- Once the porridge reaches your desired consistency, remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
