Filipino Lumpia Wraps

Ingredients - Serves 6
- Cooking oil - For frying
- Lumpia wrappers - 20 sheets
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, finely chopped
- Cabbage - 1/2 head, shredded
- Carrots - 2, julienned
- Ground pork - 1 pound

- In a large skillet, heat some cooking oil over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
