Fig and Goat Cheese Stuffed Figs with Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut a small slit in the top of each fig, creating a pocket for the stuffing.
  3. Stuff each fig with a small amount of goat cheese.
  4. Place the stuffed figs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the figs are soft and the cheese is slightly melted.
  6. While the figs are baking, prepare the balsamic glaze by combining the balsamic glaze and honey in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until well combined and heated through.
  7. Remove the figs from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  8. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the stuffed figs.
  9. Garnish each fig with a fresh basil leaf.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
