Prosciutto and Fig Crostini
These delicious crostini are topped with prosciutto, fresh figs, and creamy goat cheese.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Fresh basil leaves - 6
- Balsamic glaze - 2 tbsp
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Goat cheese - 4 oz
- Fresh figs - 6
- Prosciutto - 6 slices
- Baguette - 1
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.
- Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the baguette slices are toasting, slice the fresh figs into thin rounds.
- Spread a layer of goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
- Top each slice with a slice of prosciutto and a few slices of fresh fig.
- Drizzle honey and balsamic glaze over the crostini.
- Garnish each crostini with a fresh basil leaf.
