Fig and Balsamic Glazed Figs with Prosciutto
This elegant appetizer combines the sweetness of figs with the tanginess of balsamic glaze and the savory flavor of prosciutto.

- Fresh basil leaves - 8
- Goat cheese - 1/4 cup, crumbled
- Prosciutto slices - 8
- Balsamic glaze - 1/4 cup
- Fresh figs - 8
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut a small cross at the top of each fig, about halfway down.
- Place the figs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the figs, making sure to get some inside the cuts.
- Wrap each fig with a slice of prosciutto.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the prosciutto is crispy and the figs are softened.
