  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.

  6. Arrange the sliced figs on top of the salmon.
