Fig and Almond Crusted Figs
These delicious figs are coated in a crunchy almond crust, creating a perfect balance of sweetness and nuttiness.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Flour - 1/4 cup
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Almonds - 1 cup, finely chopped
- Fresh figs - 8

- Cut a small slit in the top of each fig, about halfway down.
