  1. Cook the farro mafaldine in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving 1 cup of the pasta water.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, melt the truffle butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Add the garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the wine and let it simmer until it has almost completely evaporated.
