Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
  2. Add the vermicelli noodles and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until al dente.
  3. Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water to cool them down.
  4. In a separate saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes to make a syrup.
  5. Remove the syrup from heat and stir in rose water and lime juice.
  6. Place the cooked vermicelli noodles in a serving dish and pour the syrup over them.
  7. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until chilled.
  8. Before serving, garnish with chopped pistachios and saffron strands.
