- Pasta shells - 200 grams
- Cabbage - 1/2, cut into pieces
- Carrots - 2, large
- Potatoes - 2, large
- Pork sausage - 2
- Pork belly - 200 grams
- Chicken - 1/2, cut into pieces
- Pork bone - 1
- Beef bone - 1
Let's Get Started
- Place the beef bone, pork bone, chicken, pork belly, and sausage in a large pot. Cover with water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, skimming off any foam that rises to the surface.
- Add the potatoes, carrots, and cabbage to the pot and continue to simmer for another 30 minutes.
- In a separate pot, cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions.
- Remove the meat and vegetables from the broth and set aside.
- Strain the broth and return it to the pot. Add the cooked pasta and salt to taste.
- Serve the broth with the meat and vegetables on the side.
