  1. Place the beef bone, pork bone, chicken, pork belly, and sausage in a large pot. Cover with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, skimming off any foam that rises to the surface.
  3. Add the potatoes, carrots, and cabbage to the pot and continue to simmer for another 30 minutes.
  4. In a separate pot, cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions.
  5. Remove the meat and vegetables from the broth and set aside.
  6. Strain the broth and return it to the pot. Add the cooked pasta and salt to taste.
  7. Serve the broth with the meat and vegetables on the side.
