Escargots de Bourgogne
Escargots de Bourgogne is a classic French dish made with snails cooked in garlic butter.

- Baguette - 1, sliced
- Black pepper - To taste
- Salt - To taste
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup

Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Rinse the escargots under cold water to remove any dirt or debris.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
