Escargot with Garlic Butter

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Drain the escargot and rinse under cold water.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place one escargot in each hole of an escargot dish.
  5. Fill each hole with the garlic butter mixture.
