Pão de Alho
Pão de Alho is a popular Brazilian garlic bread, perfect for barbecue or any family gathering. It's easy to make and incredibly delicious.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Garlic - 5 cloves, minced
- Butter - 1/2 cup, softened
- French bread - 1 loaf
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the French bread into slices, but not all the way through, leave the bottom intact.
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, and salt until well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture between the bread slices.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Unwrap the bread and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
- Serve the Pão de Alho warm.
