Escargot
This classic French dish features tender snails cooked in garlic butter and served with crusty bread.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Baguette - 1, sliced
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup
- Escargot - 24 pieces
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Rinse the escargot under cold water and drain well.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper to the melted butter. Stir well to combine.
- Place the escargot in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.

- Meanwhile, toast the sliced baguette in the oven until golden and crispy.
